Please allow 48 hours for us to process your request and prepare your order for collection. We will contact you via phone or email as soon as it’s ready!
Once your order is ready, you can collect it at any time during our opening hours.
All prescriptions must be paid for at the time of collection.
Pets on repeat prescription medication must have a prescription review roughly every three months. We will let you know when a review is due.
If the item requested is not suitable as a repeat item, if your pet has not been seen by us, if your pet needs to be re-examined before the request can be allowed or if the item is unavailable from the manufacturer, we will contact you to make further arrangements.
